Ingredients
  1. 4 flour tortillas (soft taco size)
  2. 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  3. 4 Tbsp medium salsa (or your favorite)
  4. 1/2 cup Mexican style cheese
  5. 1 avocado, cut into small slices
Instructions
  1. Mix cream cheese, salsa and cheese in a bowl.
  2. Spread evenly over each tortilla all the way to ends. Top with avocado slices.
  3. Roll tortillas and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until a little firm, 20 to 30 minutes, then slice into rolls. Refrigerating makes them easier to cut.

If you won’t eat them right away, you can toss the avocado with lime or lemon juice before assembling to keep them from turning brown. I keep mine in the plastic wrap and then uncover and slice before serving.
