I don’t know about you, but gravy is very important, and in my opinion can make or break the Thanksgiving experience. Maybe that’s a little dramatic, but seriously gravy is important! We searched the web, old family recipe boxes, and flipped through magazines and after a lot of research we found an amazing gravy recipe. It’s different than the standard flour, milk, and turkey drippings recipe. There’s a few extra ingredients than the norm, and that made for the best gravy we have ever had.

- Add the turkey drippings and brandy and cook for 5 minutes until thickened, stirring often
- Once thickened, check seasoning and serve
Notes
